Designing a radical interactive hub that breaks traditional grid layouts with a horizontal accordion experience. Engineered a cinematic 3D gallery using Spline, utilizing flex-grow transitions and dynamic state management to reveal high-fidelity modules (AI, Sports, Neural tech).
Mango Pandit — Scrollytelling
Creating a scroll-driven product page with cinema-quality frame animation and a full e-commerce UI. Rendered 194 frames on HTML5 Canvas synced to scroll via Framer Motion, with cart, toasts, and dark shop section.
Aadarsh Travels
Designing a premium, highly immersive digital journey that captures the extreme beauty of the Himalayas and untouched terrains. Engineered a cinematic viewport with heavy emphasis on perfect symmetrical typography, high-contrast frosted glass elements, and flawless layout hierarchy.
JCB Backhoe
Visualizing heavy machinery with cinema-quality precision and interactive technical specifications in a web environment. Implemented a 3-phase scrollytelling engine using 150+ high-res frames on HTML5 Canvas, driven by scroll-linked transforms and spec-card overlays.
Reward-Guided Finetuning
Building an accurate Nepali speech-to-text system despite extremely limited labeled training data. Fine-tuned OpenAI Whisper on 50k+ custom audio pairs, then applied reward-guided RLHF to boost accuracy.
Karyantra Hive
Karyantra needed a fast, professional website their marketing team could manage independently. Built a responsive Next.js frontend with a headless CMS backend for easy content updates.
Nepal Cricket Predictor
Predicting Nepal cricket match outcomes in real-time using granular historical match data. Trained a Random Forest model served via FastAPI, paired with a React visualization dashboard.
